Looking for a degreed Engineer with a real interest in making Sales Engineering their career path.
Must have 2+ years of proven technical experience in either Sales, Applications, Proposal Development, Technical Marketing, or Customer / Field Service – as it pertains to Instrumentation and Controls, Process Control Systems, Real-Time Control Systems, etc.
Should have good Electrical / Electronic aptitude, and a knowledge or desire to develop an understanding about Process Control Products – PLC, DCS, SCADA, etc.
Will initially start out with Inside Sales responsibilities while being groomed for an Outside Sales Engineering position.
Will support the development of customer proposals, assist on inquiries, work closely with Engineering and other company departments. Responsibilities include – product presentations, negotiation efforts, pricing information, and after sales follow-up.
Will work closely with customers in the Power Generation, Cogeneration, Water Treatment Industries. Territory will be within – NJ, NYC, CT, NORTHEAST REGION.
