CRM System Analyst - Immediate Hire!

Our world class client is undertaking a multi phased CRM project and they've asked us to search for a superstar CRM Business Analyst to bring best practices supporting a fast-growing and changing Customer Experience initiative.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and Business Stakeholders, and be the functional lead for a multi-phased CRM implementation. 
  • Play a key role in architecting and evolving the CRM platform, and will need to understand how the CRM platform functions in application ecosystem. 
  • Implement, administer, configure and manage the CRM platform to meet business needs and ensure the 24x7 support capabilities are optimized and always available.
Design and Architecture:
  • Conduct process and functional design activities for all modules and functions related to the CRM Platform.
  • Coordinate solution delivery with other technical teams and the business users, recommending optimal enhancements or best practices.
  • Create functional requirements, develop and test detailed functional designs and configuration for all enhancement changes made in system.

Project and Change Management
  • Work with PM to define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and activities
  • Support and monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and updating project status using visual project management tools.
 
Drive Quality
  • Support testing efforts, working closely with both development and Business Process Owners to create test cases/scenarios and design adequate testing methodologies.
Administration and Support
  • Work internally with IT Development and Applications resources to support the translation of business requirements into functional specifications. 
  • Manage the administration and support for the CRM application across all interfaces such as mobile app, mobile web, web/desktop.

Requirements
  • B.S. degree Computer Science/Engineering or a Business degree with comparable work experience in the CRM or Business Analyst field    
  • 5-10 years of work experience, with 3 years of Business Analyst experience or comparable experience in business requirements, functional or business process documentation. 
  • Experience working on a CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Online) system implementation, including supporting business process design
  • Experience supporting and administrating MS Dynamics 365 Online
  • Familiarity with SQL and .Net is preferred
  • Strong understanding of integrations and data migration, especially in realm of Dynamics and O365 tools and services
  • An understanding of master data management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics
  • Experience working on projects and lean processes.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including good presentations.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs
Ability to Travel - During implementation phases you will travel to Tallassee, Alabama and on occasion to Ontario, Canada up to 50% of the time.
