The ideal candidate will need to take care of business related activities as well as handle personal tasks for one of the owners.
•Transcribing from dictation, emails, notes from meetings, etc
•Reconcile bills and secure approvals for payment
•Deposits, wire transfers, checkbook reconciliations
•Extensive calendar scheduling – business and personal
•Credit card reconciliation
•Coordinate with vendors for the family home
•Reconcile health insurance statements
•Maintain Dropbox and hard copy files
•Handle legal documents and coordinate with attorneys
•Expense report reconciliation
•Reading, routing and researching correspondence
The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability, proper personal presentation and ability to retain confidential information accordingly.
