Primary HR point of contact for the small group of employees and managers.
Build a strong business relationship with management and employees while developing a deep understanding of the organizational mission, vision, structure, challenges, and opportunities.
Adapt and promote best in class practices and foster collaboration across business units
Partner with business leadership team to introduce, lead and influence change management and HR initiatives
Manage workforce planning initiatives for specific function teams.
Successfully support and manage responsibilities for both a functional and regional teams
Provide analysis and counsel on employee relations
Consult with managers and employees on the Performance Management system
Implement consistent practices across organizations while partnering with HR teams on projects including succession planning and talent reviews
Required Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge and experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong Communication, Time Management and Negotiation Skills
Time Management and Priorities Management Skill
Analytical and Problem Solving Skill
Labor Law Knowledge
5+ years of Human Resource experience with recent experience supporting large, fast paced, complex organizations.
Must be hands-on and capable of delivering results, project managing and implementing strategies to drive HR initiatives
Ability to drive HR initiatives in a complex and matrix business environment
Results-oriented, strategic thinking, innovation, flexibility in dealing with changing situations.
Success working in a highly collaborative, global environment
Experience conducting comprehensive needs analysis, organization design and development initiative
Project management skills.
