A rapidly growing logistics and distribution company is searching for an assistant to provide reliable support to the sales department and Executive Team.   The company was founded in 2016 and will be serving California's leagal cannabis industry.  You will work directly with the Sales and Executive Teams to perform a variety of  administrative duties.   The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy, professional and capable of priortiizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.  

  • Assist in organizing sales meetings and presentations
  • Maintain database of customers and sales performance
  • Coordinate executive communications including phone and email
  • Prepare sales reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the management team
  • Maintain an organized filing system (paper & electronic)
  • Arrange corporate events and sales meetings
  • Miscellaneous general office duties and  support functions
  • Four-Year college degree
  • Three years administrative assistant experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills (IT proficiency a plus)
  • Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

 Salary and Benefits
  • Salary - $42,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience)
