New position with a major Amarillo Company. The role will be to consolidate, improve and manage the IT support operations. This includes the internal support such as help desk
and general support. It also includes dealing with customers with technical issues and product support. This person will work very closely with all departments such as marketing
to ensure outside customers system transitions work smoothly and efficiently. The candidate should have a very strong IT technical skill set. In addition, they should
have experience dealing with outside customers, vendors etc. Should possess good and administrative, organizational and planning skills.
