Job Description
We’re in search of a well qualified Avaya PBX Maintenance Technician to start immediately on a 3 month contract. The successful candidate must have senior level skills with the installation & maintenance of the Avaya product line. In this role, the candidate will function as an onsite dedicated technician on location. Candidate must be able to work independently and troubleshoot complex problems without supervision.


Required Skills:
  • Avaya VOIP - Avaya Communication Manager Release 5.2
  • 8730 Media Processor Server 
  • G650 Gateways and redundant critical components IP Sever Interface (IPSI), Media Processor (MP) 320 and power
  • Avaya Modular Messaging Enterprise Servers, Avaya Message Store
  • Converged Network Analyzer and VOIP Monitor Manager
  • Mutare Message Mirror for Voicemail messaging replication
  • 9630 and 9620 IP Telephones

Secondary Skills that would be beneficial: Verint Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring Software, and Voice Recording, Avaya Contact Center Express (CCE).
